Paper Size -A4

Orientation:

Portrait – short edge of paper at top - what will normally appear when you select a new document!  (default)		    


Landscape - long edge of paper at top - Go to File, Page Setup OR double-click on the ruler at left or at top and select
Print Preview - Shows how it will look on sheet of paper - if you don't like  the look of it, change it - this saves paper!
Print - When a document is finished, it may be printed onto paper – This is called a ‘hard copy’  -  Click the Printer icon!

Use the 'File', 'Print' menu to:
Print Single Page (Multi-page document) Print Multiple copies (same document)
